Near the end of High School I discovered Aerobics which essentially changed my life.
Being active does not have to mean being an Athlete or unrealistically skinny. But it does mean maintaining your health, being physically strong and staying flexible.
I have met some who are physically much older than their chronological age due to sedentary lifestyle with unhealthy eating habits. They are in poor health which is very unfortunate.
I am grateful for my health and the physical strength that I have now. I am stronger than I was over 20 years ago. And I have no intention of stopping now!
I applaud those who have kept their children in activities when they’re young. And to those who are making the lifestyle changes to improve their health now. Keep going and don’t stop!
